Why is there a fee for using ScienceProject.com website?
ScienceProject.com is partly supported by the income from membership fees.
Without such income we would not be able to produce and offer the project
guides and supports that we do now. A free version of this website is being
developed by a group of volunteers at
http://www.freesciencefairproject.com

I became a member and got my member id; however, I was not asked to enter my credit card information!
The first time that you log-in, you will be directed to the payment website.
Complete your payment and log-in again to access the members website.

I want to be a Basic member. Is it $25 per month or $25 for the whole year?
The $25 is for one year. During your membership you can re-visit your
project guides as many times as you need.

What happens when my membership ends?
When your membership ends you will be an inactive member. If you try to
log-in, you will be directed to the payment section so you can activate
your membership again. Your membership may remain inactive for up to 1 year.
Membership records that have been inactive for more than 1 year may be
deleted and such members will lose the benefits of a continuous membership.
Some of the benefits of a continuous membership are:
- Accumulating a research history and building a research portfolio.
- Ability to look back at project guides selected in previous membership terms.
- Ability to use view credits and support credits saved from previous membership terms.

Do you automatically charge my credit card and extend my membership at the end of the year?
No. You must upgrade or activate your membership yourself as you need.

Can I pay for multiple years? How?
Yes. After you become a basic member, simply click on upgrade and pay for
additional years. If you pay for a total of 3 years, you will be able to
view a total of 9 project guides. It is your choice to decide how many of
your project guides to view each year.

Can I get a refund while I have not looked at any project guide?
Membership fees are not refundable. Membership privileges are not transferable.
