Compare the specific heat capacity of water and salt-water

Introduction:

Specific heat capacity is what makes some objects change their temperature faster than others. On a sunny morning, the sands in the beach will get hot while the water may still be cold. Specific heat capacity is one of the important physical properties of materials that affect our decision in choosing materials for specific applications.

 Project description:
In this project you will design an experiment and setup the apparatus to measure specific heat capacity of liquids. You will then compare the heat capacity of water and salt water.
